Producing rubber compounds as per customer requirements

Process the compounded rubber mixture through milling machines to achieve the desired consistency and properties.

To form continuous sheets or strips of rubber with a specific thickness and width.

For further processing

Apply heat and pressure to mold the rubber into the customer's sole shape

Remove excess rubber to trim the soles to achieve the final desired shape

Inspect the molded and trimmed soles for quality, ensuring they meet the required specifications in terms of dimensions, appearance, and structural integrity

If required, apply color to the rubber soles using pigments and coloring processes to achieve the desired aesthetic

If the production involves multiple parts or layers, assemble different components to create a complete rubber sole
